I assume I’m telling you all this because yoga has completely changed my entire life. There were instances within the last couple of years where I’ve experienced completely lost. I was unsure what I needed regarding my entire life, my direction or my path. I didn’t understand if I’d ever make it. I didn’t understand if I’d find a job which i treasured or if my passion would ever redeem achievement. As somebody with an extremely creative mind, sometimes I’ve high stress and anxiety, am easily distracted, and have a higher drive for achievement. While the last can look like a great quality to have, it can also be hindering.

It’s hard for me to quiet my mind or to not worry about the future. I crave security, yet become conveniently bored when my life is normally too comfortable.
