Some time ago I made giant cinnamon rolls the size of my face. From that second on, I’ve essentially fallen deeply in love with the buttery cinnamon glucose little swirls that produce them incredibly particular. My day begins by getting up at 5:30am. I used to dread the first mornings but these days I discover myself rather savoring peeling the addresses off, sleepily milling coffee beans and creating a container, feeding the cat and moving out the entranceway for my workout.

The schedule keeps me motivated and encourages me to visit bed in a decent hour (more often than not anyway).
