THEREFORE I know, zucchini is not actually in period in January; it’s more of a summer vegetable. However, I purchased a few the other day before holiday because they were fairly inexpensive in the grocery store AND because I was planning on making stuffed zucchini. Well, needless to say things never go as prepared and I never really had the chance to use them up before I remaining.

I’m going to be in Minnesota all of those other weekend getting up with family and friends, plus doing the whole Easter brunch matter. As a kid, Easter utilized to be one of my favorite vacations. Most likely because I enjoyed all the chocolate bunnies and sweet things. I believe my Mom got me an Easter basket every year until I had been about 16… before season she didn’t and I threw an entire fit. Such as, I literally searched the entire house looking for my Easter basket because I believed she was kidding when she said she didn’t obtain me one.
