My day starts off by getting up at 5:30am. I utilized to dread the early mornings but nowadays I find myself rather enjoying peeling the covers off, sleepily milling coffee beans and creating a container, feeding the kitty and heading out the entranceway for my workout.

The schedule keeps me motivated and encourages me to visit bed at a decent hour (most of the time anyway).
