IV of Oaks–the harmonious life, the strong relationship, the happy home. Lovebugs (Plecia nearctica) only live as adults for 3-4 days, during which their only drive is to find their mate. To see a pair of lovebugs is to witness fulfillment of a lifetime’s journey, and great success as each bug’s genes move on to create the next generation.
