I have no idea why but taking in a large cup of hot cocoa before bed makes me incredibly happy. Just one of my newfound obsessions. Other activities I’m into lately contain cinnamon roasted almonds, smiling at everyone I see, working out to the song , and staying away from traffic at all times. At one point this week I was contemplating buying a bus so I could trip the shoulder. It was the only alternative I could think about until I discovered the DC Metro. I’ve been obtaining back to vinyassa yoga lately. Most of the time I do yoga exercises sculpt classes with weights, but recently I’ve needed some deep extending and some major stress relief.
