I LOVE snacking. It’s one of my favorite party essentials. A classic cheese platter is one of the greatest things you may make for a party, for me. It’s not too fancy, it’s prepared in 10 minutes or much less, as well as your guests will like it!

I always place the platter in the center of the kitchen action, so that all of my relatives and buddies can mingle jointly. It creates for such easy entertaining during football celebrations or the holidays. I would hit up Investor Joe’s for all your ingredients, to save lots of on money and still get aRead more

Hello and thanks for visiting stressville. Our house offer was recognized this weekend and we’re in the midst of coordinating inspections, lawyer costs and agreements. I’m really thrilled though and for the most part I’ve been handling it like I normally would aka cooking all the things and forgetting about my real life responsibilities.

Anyway, while I’m off in la la property (and perhaps taking a couple of days faraway from blogging), I wanted to offer a recipe for HEALTHY fudge. It’s true, dreamy and also tastes just like the real deal. Plus just 4 ingredients are participating! Tell me: Have you ever endured a dreamy healthy fudge before?Read more

A few years ago, Joanna from A Cup of Jo posted pictures to my most famous cookie I’ve ever placed on my blog ( Nutella-stuffed delicious chocolate chip cookies !). Immediately my site crashed, and people came with the masses to make my so known as life-changing cookie”. It had been easy to understand why: brownish butter, brown sugars cookie dough, Nutella, chocolates chips, and sea salt; everything a cookie should be and so much more. It was the first cookie I ever baked my boyfriend and something of the reasons we fell in like (cookies can do this, you understand!). The dough is rich and includes a small butterscotch taste that I’m certain can not be resisted.

Three years later and that Nutella-stuffed chocolate chip cookie is still my most popular recipe through the holidays, one that stands out on a healthy meal and wholesome dessert blog, and once and for all reason. This year Joanna asked me to share a recipe on her behalf site with something chocoaltey. I know justRead more

My mom used to grow zucchini in her garden in Minnesota. She was the type of non-chalant gardener who allowed the zucchini to grow large enough to become the size of your arm. I in fact never minded when the zucchini got that big because i quickly could stuff it with goodness and make batches upon batches of cooked goodies.

Sadly I’m no more as near my mom since she lives in Minnesota (soon Utah!). This season I wasn’t looking to get any free of charge zucchini and thought I’d have to pick some up in the local’s farmer’s market. Works out that Tony’s mother grew zucchini in her garden therefore she kindly continues toRead more

There’s something about pizza that’s irresistible.

Who can simply stop at one particular slice? Especially children! Seriously, put a large pizza in front of two kids and it’ll be eliminated in around 5 minutes… after that they’ll want cupcakes immediately after. How do they are doing it?! Bottomless stomachs. I’d want to go back to that carefree globe and eat aRead more
