Tony is here now (Minnesota) visiting me personally before we leave to Chicago for a few weeks. He is likely to help me search for apartments so that I can potentially take action to the windy city! I’m beyond excited, but I really need to find a great place with a nice kitchen, so fingers crossed.

Since I know that I’m going to be gone from my kitchen for a few weeks, I need to get caught up on formula development. That means that hemorrhoids of cookies, ALL THE THINGS pumpkin and undoubtedly, plenty of muffins. We made these a few days ago and may not get more than enough. TonyRead more

Besides my grocery shopping obsession, I have a few other little addictions.

One may be the internet. Twitter particularly; I just think it’s great! Also given that I’m finally getting an iPhone, (I can’t even talk about it), I’ll probably be bonkers obsessed with Instagram and every app that I’ll probably forget what it’s like to function as a real human being. I mean, it’s already challengingRead more

Given that March is officially here, I’m hoping we can expect warmer weather. Not that our winter continues to be anything but gentle, but I still prefer spring weather. There’s nothing I’m craving more than waking up a little late on a Saturday morning, getting brunch at a new restaurant in the town, after that strolling around with Tony for all of those other day. Mostly we head to classic shops or bookstores, or occasionally end up grocery shopping at Investor Joe’s. Either way, I always celebrate moving, consuming and experiencing ‘us’ time.

Here’s the thing though, and I hate to be the one to break it for you, but we’re destined to involve some sort of chilly climate this month sooner or later. You understand, it’s an extremely predictable Midwest issue; nice 1 day and snowing another. When that moment comes, you should have this fantastic chiliRead more

Hello there! I’m so thrilled to FINALLY release this recipe!

This past week continues to be completely crazy! I flew to NY to meet and make with Bobby Flay at his restaurant! Whattt?! I know!
