Wellness Thursday is back! As many of you understand, I was on holiday last week It had been blissful, soothing, and just about everything I needed; except when it wasn’t. Except when there were a million meals choices. But specifically because it raised food issues for me personally. It reminded me of the changing times where I ate a few way too many cookies (I’m speaking like 6). The days where I felt overwhelmed by food, the hours where it controlled what I was doing, how I made decisions and my power of preference. Those occasions where it consumed every ounce of me.
