I actually took extra lean turkey breast and cooked it with cinnamon, nutmeg, sea salt, black pepper, along with a bit of darkish sugar.
In the mean time apples and onions were caramelized until soft, juicy and sweet. Combine the apples and onion mixture with the turkey and some serious magic happens.

Stuffed Lovely Potatoes with Turkey, Caramelized Onions & Apple

2 tsp of essential olive oil
1 white or yellowish onion, sliced
1 huge apple – peeled, cored, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon of dark brown sugar
1 tsp sea salt
Fresh ground dark pepper
2 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of nutmeg
Preheat the oven to 400 levels F
Clean the sweet potatoes. Using a fork, poke each sugary potatoes once or twice. Spray special potatoes with cooking spray and put on cooking pan. Bake for about 45 moments, or until a blade can be put into center.
Meanwhile, within a skillet high temperature 1 tsp of essential olive oil more than medium temperature. Add the onions, sprinkle a bit of sea sodium and pepper and make until onions begin to soften about 6 a few minutes. Lower the heat only a tad and add the apple. Cook for about 8 moments until apples become tender. Increase the high temperature to medium-high and cook until caramelized and a bit brown.
On the other hand in another moderate pan, add 1 tsp of essential olive oil over moderate heat. Add floor turkey breasts, cinnamon, nutmeg, 1 tsp of sea salt and black pepper and cook until meat is not any longer pink and juice are obvious. Add the caramelized apples and onions and 1 tablespoon of darkish sugar. Cover and reduce heat to low.
After letting sweet potatoes cool a bit, slice down the center and cut slits the contrary way. Press the potatoes open up and stuff each with the turkey, apple & onion mix. Drizzle each with 1 tablespoon of sugar-free maple syrup if preferred.
