This blog happened entirely due to conversations and creative brainstorming. Way cool!
These stuffed lovely potatoes happened too.
I took extra trim turkey breasts and cooked it with cinnamon, nutmeg, sea salt, black pepper, along with a bit of darkish sugar.
Meanwhile apples and onions were caramelized until soft, juicy and sweet. Combine the apples and onion combination with the turkey plus some serious magic occurs.
Wait though! The very best part is yet to come.
A lovely maple glaze! That’s right, take maple syrup and drizzle over the top your stuffed sweeties.
I told you serious magic happened.
Hang on, I’ve got one more thing to share before you elope and make these!

2 tsp of olive oil
1 white or yellowish onion, sliced
1 large apple – peeled, cored, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon of darkish sugar
1 tsp sea salt
Fresh ground dark pepper
2 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of nutmeg
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
Clean the sweet potatoes. Having a fork, poke each lovely potatoes a couple of times. Spray special potatoes with cooking spray and place on baking pan. Bake for about 45 minutes, or until a blade can be placed into center.
Meanwhile, in a skillet temperature 1 tsp of olive oil more than medium temperature. Add the onions, sprinkle a bit of sea sodium and pepper and make until onions commence to soften about 6 moments. Lower the heat only a tad and add the apple. Make for about 8 minutes until apples become tender. Increase the warmth to medium-high and cook until caramelized along with a bit brown.
On the other hand in another medium pan, combine 1 tsp of olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey breasts, cinnamon, nutmeg, 1 tsp of ocean salt and black pepper and cook until meat is no longer red and juice are obvious. Add the caramelized apples and onions and 1 tablespoon of dark brown glucose. Cover and decrease high temperature to low.
After allowing sweet potatoes cool a bit, slice down the middle and cut slits the opposite way. Push the potatoes open and stuff each with the turkey, apple & onion mix. Drizzle each with 1 tablespoon of sugar-free maple syrup if preferred.
