I decided to try Phi’s 5-Component recipe for Lemon Yogurt Marinated Poultry. Phi’s recipe demands cooking it within the skillet, but it’s summer months, so I threw the poultry on my fresh Fuego grill plus they came out certainly perfect. I am forever in love.

5-Ingredient Lemon Yogurt Marinated Grilled Chicken breast Breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup ordinary greek yogurt
1 1/4 pounds poultry breasts (about 5 – little 4 oz chicken breasts)
In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, yogurt and mediterranean spiced sea sodium and stir. Add the poultry breasts and mix so the poultry is covered within the marinade. Place in the refrigerator for 20 mins (or as much as an hour).
