Whole Wheat Delicious chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies with Salted Day Caramel
Ohhhh hiiii. It has been a whirlwind previous few weeks because of moving. Personally i think horrible because I haven’t been able to give the blog and writing the love it most certainly deserves.
For the present time, there’s cookies though. And cookies are always the solution when you don’t even know the actual question is. Specifically cookies loaded with chocolates, oats, coconut flavor and a SALTED Time CARAMEL. Holy love of my entire life.
I seriously cannot stop eating these amazing, chewy beauties. They’re filled with much better substances like coconut essential oil, whole wheat grains, oats, coconut sugar and that dark chocolate we all know and like. I’m not saying these are healthful, but I am stating that they are doing offer a few natural, nutritious ingredients.
Also, all that chocolates = antioxidants. May as well believe that.
Maybe with some PB as well? I mean, certainly.

Dietary fiber: 2.3g
1/2 cup organic brown sugar
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1 egg, at area temperature
3/4 cup whole wheat grains pastry flour or white whole wheat grains
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt

For the salted date caramel
8 Medjool dates, pitted
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, plus more if necessary
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a moderate bowl, beat collectively coconut oil, brown glucose, coconut sugar, vanilla, almond extract and egg until well combined and somewhat creamy.
