Whole Wheat Coconut Oatmeal Chocolates Chunk Pubs + a how-to video!
I’m on the coconut kick. Coconut candles, coconut body clean, coconut dairy conditioner, coconut oil EVERYTHING.
Wish to know the secret to silky soft pores and skin? Pour 1/4 glass melted coconut oil in your shower with 1 glass of Epsom salts and soak for 20 mins. Your skin can be silky easy! I have even been using coconut essential oil to shave my legs because well, it is the BEST.
Another way I love to use coconut oil: Whisk together 2 tablespoons coconut oil with 1 tablespoon of honey in addition 1 egg yolk. Slather it on your ends and wait 15 minutes, then wash as normal. Your hair is going to be noticibly smoother and gleaming. I LOVE Like LOVE it.

Be aware: The video over shows the bars being manufactured in a 9×13 inch pan, but the recipe I’m giving you today is for an 8 in . baking pan. To create them in a large pan, just dual the recipe!
The chewy oat texture, coconut flakes and melty chocolates sweeten up the bars and the ingredient list is quite simple. It is possible to bake these bars in less than 20 minutes so they make an excellent party deal with. Ingredients
3/4 cup white whole wheat flour or whole wheat grains pastry flour
1 cup quick oats
1/2 teaspoon cooking soda
1 egg
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
3 oz dark chocolate bar (70% cocoa), coarsely chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 levels F. Grease 8-inches baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a moderate bowl whisk together flour, oats, baking soda and sodium. In a big bowl beat coconut oil, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla jointly; add in dry ingredients and dairy, mixing until simply combined. Collapse in coconut flakes and chocolate.
Pour batter into ready pan; spreading consistently with a silicone spatula. Bake for a quarter-hour. Cool on the wire rack after that slice into 16 squares. Enjoy!
To make gluten free, use an almost all purpose gluten totally free flour or gluten totally free oat flour as an alternative for your wheat.
Feel free to use coconut sugar instead of brown sugar.
