Well that title is obviously a mouthful. But do you know what? I wouldn’t have it any other method.
I’ve taken a new job!
I will be signing up for General Mills as a full-time worker managing social for Yellow metal Medal Flour and Bisquick. I’m completely thrilled as I have been working on and off with General Mills for days gone by two years in social media marketing, thus it was only natural for me personally to move into a full-time role.
You almost certainly won’t notice a difference at all, apart from my posts may be just a little sporadic as I changeover into my new role. Normally you may hear me talk about cereal and yogurt a little more often (because I will be surrounded because of it at the job), but besides that I will continue to stay accurate to what I love: creating exclusive, (mostly) healthy formulas and sharing my passion for healthy living with all of you.
Notice: Everyone has different opinions on the meals brands they support; make sure you know that Ambitious Kitchen is certainly my personal food blog, and can continue to remain that way.
NOW can we chat about these magnificent bars?
I wanted to generate another peanut butter blondie based on my peanut butter oatmeal chocolates chip cookies which you guys went bonkers over. THEREFORE I experimented again and again until I finally developed a formula that I enjoy. Alright I lied, I in fact came up with TWO recipes to talk about.
I actually made two types of blondies: one with banana and without the bananas. Both possess peanut butter and nutella, and so are equally delicious depending on your preference. If you value banana bread, then choose the formula using bananas! If you love fudgy blondie pubs, go for the regular one.
Now one last thing that I love on the subject of these: they’re flourless, gluten totally free, and contain simply no butter. Plus they’re easy and performed in less than 30 minutes! I REALLY LIKE keeping these in the refrigerator. It reminds me of eating a Reese’s Peanut Butter Glass.
Oh now that declaration convinced you, didn’t it?
Prep time:
5 mins
Cook period:
20 mins
Total period:
25 mins
Ingredients
2 cups all natural unsalted creamy or crunchy peanut butter (you can also use old-fashioned PB)
2 eggs at room temperature
1/2 glass honey, agave, or pure maple syrup (only use 1/3 glass if you’re producing banana version)
OPTIONAL: 2 moderate ripe bananas, mashed
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup nutella (or nutella replacement of choice)
3 oz your preferred dark chocolate bar, coarsely chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 levels F. Grease 9×13 inches pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In bowl of an electric mixer, combine peanut butter, eggs, honey, baking soda, banana if using, vanilla, and sea salt; beat on medium rate until batter can be well mixed and smooth. Gently fold in half of your cut chocolates, reserving the other half for topping.
Spoon batter into prepared skillet and smooth best. Place nutella, one teaspoon at the same time randomly all around the top of the batter. Gently swirl backwards and forwards with a knife, smoothing any openings you make. Sprinkle remaining chopped chocolate at the top.
Bake for 17-20 moments or until edges of bars commence to turn a slight golden dark brown. The bars may look a little underdone, but that’s okay, you need them to remain chewy and they’re going to continue to bake a bit once you take them off from the range. Place skillet on cable rack to great completely. Once cool, sprinkle with a bit of sea sodium if desired and cut pubs into 30 squares
Calorie Count does not include bananas
Removing the nutella and dark chocolate can save you 35 calories alongside 2g of fat per bar
Meant to also claim that anything with Pb AND!! Nutella is definitely destined for greatness ðŸ‚
sorry, for reasons uknown i cannot see the calories displayed?
P.S. The calorie consumption are showing up for me personally ðŸ‚

Used brown sugar to sweeten, really I don’t sometimes think you need sweetener due to the Nutella and chocolate ;).
Great recipe to keep in the fridge for any snack!
