Well that name is certainly a mouthful. But guess what? I wouldn’t own it any other method.
I’ve taken a fresh job!
I will be joining General Mills like a full-time worker managing social for Yellow metal Medal Flour and Bisquick. I’m totally thrilled as I have already been working on and off with General Mills for the past two years in social media, thus it had been only natural for me personally to move right into a full-time role.
You probably won’t notice a difference at all, apart from my posts could be just a little sporadic as I changeover into my new role. Naturally you may hear me talk about cereal and yogurt a bit more often (because I will be surrounded by it at work), but besides that I will continue steadily to stay true to what I really like: creating unique, (mainly) healthy quality recipes and posting my enthusiasm for healthy living with all of you.
Notice: Everyone provides different opinions on the meals brands they support; please know that Ambitious Kitchen is usually my personal food blog, and can continue to remain that way.
NOW may we discuss these magnificent bars?
I wanted to generate another peanut butter blondie predicated on my peanut butter oatmeal chocolate chip cookies which you guys went bonkers over. So I experimented again and again until I finally came up with a recipe that I adore. Alright I lied, I in fact developed TWO recipes to share.
I made two types of blondies: a single with banana and minus the bananas. Both possess peanut butter and nutella, and are equally delicious depending on your choice. If you value banana bread, after that choose the formula using bananas! If you value fudgy blondie bars, go for the standard one.
Now one last thing that I love about these: they’re flourless, gluten totally free, and contain no butter. Plus they’re easy and performed in less than 30 minutes! I LOVE keeping these in the freezer. It reminds me of eating a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup.
Oh now that declaration convinced you, didn’t it?
2 cups all-natural unsalted creamy or crunchy peanut butter (you can even use old-fashioned PB)
2 eggs at area temperature
1/2 glass honey, agave, or 100 % pure maple syrup (just use 1/3 cup if you’re producing banana version)
OPTIONAL: 2 moderate ripe bananas, mashed
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup nutella (or nutella substitute of choice)
3 oz your preferred dark chocolate club, coarsely chopped
Preheat oven to 350 levels F. Grease 9×13 in . pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In plate of a power mixer, combine peanut butter, eggs, honey, baking soda, banana if using, vanilla, and sea salt; defeat on medium velocity until batter is certainly well combined and smooth. Carefully fold in two of your chopped dark chocolate, reserving the spouse for topping.
Spoon batter into prepared pan and smooth best. Place nutella, one teaspoon at a time randomly all over the top of the batter. Lightly swirl backwards and forwards with a blade, smoothing any openings you make. Sprinkle remaining chopped chocolate at the top.
Bake for 17-20 moments or until sides of bars begin to turn a slight golden dark brown. The pubs may look a bit underdone, but that’s alright, you desire them to remain chewy and they’ll continue to bake a bit once you remove them from the oven. Place pan on wire rack to cool completely. Once great, sprinkle with a little bit of sea sodium if desired and cut pubs into 30 squares
Calorie Count will not include bananas
Getting rid of the nutella and dark chocolate will save you 35 calories along with 2g of body fat per bar
Meant to also tell you that anything with Pb AND!! Nutella is destined for greatness ðŸ‚
