I’ve taken a new job!
I am signing up for General Mills like a full-time employee managing sociable for Yellow metal Medal Flour and Bisquick. I’m completely thrilled as I have already been working on and off with General Mills for the past 2 yrs in social media, thus it was only natural for me to move right into a full-time role.
You almost certainly won’t notice a notable difference at all, other than my posts could be just a little sporadic when i transition into my new role. Naturally you might hear me point out cereal and yogurt a little more often (because I will be surrounded by it at work), but besides that I will continue to stay accurate to what I really like: creating exclusive, (mostly) healthy recipes and posting my passion for healthy living with everyone.

I wanted to generate another peanut butter blondie predicated on my peanut butter oatmeal chocolates chip cookies that you men went bonkers more than. THEREFORE I experimented again and again until I finally developed a recipe that I adore. Alright I lied, I in fact developed TWO recipes to talk about.
I actually made two types of blondies: a single with banana and without the bananas. Both have peanut butter and nutella, and so are equally delicious based on your choice. If you love banana bread, then go for the recipe using bananas! If you value fudgy blondie bars, go for the standard one.
Now one very last thing that I really like about these: they’re flourless, gluten totally free, and contain simply no butter. Plus they’re easy and done in under 30 minutes! I LOVE keeping these in the refrigerator. It reminds me of eating a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup.

Ingredients
2 cups all natural unsalted creamy or crunchy peanut butter (you can even use old-fashioned PB)
2 eggs at room temperature
1/2 glass honey, agave, or genuine maple syrup (just use 1/3 cup if you’re making banana version)
OPTIONAL: 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
1 teaspoon cooking soda
1/4 cup nutella (or nutella alternative of preference)
3 oz your preferred dark chocolate pub, coarsely chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 9×13 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In bowl of a power mixer, combine peanut butter, eggs, honey, baking soda, banana if using, vanilla, and sea salt; beat on medium acceleration until batter is certainly well combined and smooth. Gently fold in two of your cut dark chocolate, reserving the other half for topping.

Used brown sugar to sweeten, really I don’t sometimes think you need sweetener due to the Nutella and chocolate ;).
