Vegan Detoxification Green Monster Smoothie with kale, strawberry, cucumber, & banana

There are really endless possibilities. If you want to add more proteins, feel absolve to add a scoop of your preferred vegan or soy protein powder. As well as adding a 1/2 cup of almond or soy yogurt will be great.
1 huge frozen banana, damaged into pieces
1 1/2 glass vanilla almond milk (or alternate milk)
1 1/2 cups kale, loosely packed, stems removed (you can even use spinach)
Large couple of spinach
Add the almond milk to some high-power blender and toss the banana pieces and kale in. Blend on high. Add the strawberries and cucumber. Mix again until easy. Add in even more almond dairy and/or snow for desired uniformity.

we didn’t have any almond dairy on hand therefore i used coconut milk. it made the smoothie really thick and not as dark in color as yours. i might try again with drinking water, no milk.
