I actually blame it in the excessive pumpkin spice latte advertisements that make me want to cuddle up on the couch and watch The Notebook while probably feeding on eat a pumpkin pie pop-tart.

But not worry, I’ve a solution by means of food.
An easy morning smoothie; it’s vegan, and delicious more than enough to make you forgive yourself for all of that excessive cookie usage the other day. (That’s where the cleansing part will come in!)
So what’s within this little green monster? The solution: healthy ingredients filled with essential minerals and vitamins to help you feel good!
Almond Dairy – Not merely is almond dairy dairy-free, but it provides excellent nutritional benefits. One glass of almond milk has less calories when compared to a cup of skim milk, and is a superb source of calcium mineral, supplement D & E. Supply:

1 large frozen banana, damaged into pieces
1 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk (or alternate milk)
1 1/2 cups kale, loosely packed, stems removed (you can even use spinach)
Large handful of spinach
Add the almond milk to some high-power blender and toss the banana parts and kale in. Blend on high. Add the strawberries and cucumber. Blend again until clean. Add in more almond milk and/or glaciers for desired uniformity.

we didn’t have any almond milk on hand therefore i used coconut dairy. it produced the smoothie actually thick rather than as dark in colour as yours. i might try once again with water, no milk.
