An oven works great – 400F until cooked by way of and the bacon is crisping up. I find that minutes is about the right time.

If using larger asparagus add them with the onions. This recipe was excellent and my family enjoyed it. I added a clove of chopped garlic to the breadcrumb stuffing and I suppose it worked properly.
