Evidently he enjoys torturing people while he rests there and programs his next attack as Sasquatch or whatever he does in his free time. I mean he even informed us to eat a Paleo structured diet, which needless to say I won’t become doing. Only because I really like carbs and pumpkin pie time of year is coming (my obsession).
What?! Nobody tells me what to eat.

Bruschetta is great tasting and quite healthy so far as appetizers go. Well if you don’t put fried onion rings and bacon on it.. then not really much.
However, I love good-for-you types of factors. So toasted pieces of wholegrain french breads are slathered with among my favorites: heart-healthy smashed avocado blended with sea salt and fresh lime juice. I QUICKLY pile on an assortment of tomato, balsamic vinegar, garlic and olive oil. Oh and let’s not forget a little new basil!

2 avocados, smashed
1/4 teaspoon sea sodium, plus exta
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4 huge roma tomatoes, chopped
2 cloves garlic
Preheat oven in broiler setting.
Place pieces of bread on cooking sheet, squirt with olive oil cooking food aerosol and sprinkle with ocean salt; broil pieces in range about 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove from oven and rub with one clove of garlic clove (make sure to lower it in two before massaging).
In a medium bowl, combine smashed avocado, lime juice, and 1/4 teaspoon of sea sodium and ground pepper.
In a separate large dish, combine tomatoes, essential olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Mince other garlic clove and add it into tomato mix.
Pass on smashed avocado mix onto each cut of toast, then generously spoon tomato topping on top. Garnish with basil and serve immediately.
