1/4 glass honey (agave or maple syrup if vegan)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (I use Trader Joe’s)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon sodium, if desired
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips, plus 2 tablespoons for sprinkling at the top (I use the Enjoy Life brand to make them vegan)
Preheat oven to 350 levels F. Apply 8×8 inch pan with nonstick food preparation spray.
In a large bowl of electric mixer or food processor, cream collectively peanut butter, honey, vanilla and applesauce until steady. Add cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt; mix again until simple. Gently fold 1/4 cup of chocolate chips into batter. Pour batter into prepared baking skillet and smooth top. I usually squirt my spatula with cooking food spray to greatly help pass on it out evenly. Sprinkle remaining 2 tablespoons of chocolates chips over the top.
Bake for 18-22 minutes or until top is just collection. It’s okay if they look a little underdone; we want these to be fudgy! And they’re vegan and that means you don’t need to worry about them cooking food all the way through. Cool on cable rack so long as you can. Cut into 12 delicious squares!

I’m sure they’re delicious though for a treat!
Without doubt Monique makes amazing formulas that most of us didn’t think of.
Most of us wellness watchers look for something we are able to enjoy without feeling guilty of it containing a lot calories, sugars and processed body fat. Most of the elements in this formula are natural. It’s true that it has a little more sugars and fat but if you want to go super healthy you can take out the chocolate potato chips and replace the sugar with bananas for example instead of moaning that it includes lots of sugars. Plus this is something you eat once/twice a week if you’re really a health freak. The ingredients Monique uses are fairly simple and they make things taste great plus the fact that there surely is no flour and butter involved and trust me it makes a difference!
This recipe is worth a go! I’ve already attempted making one of her quality recipes – Peanut Butter Oatmeal Delicious chocolate Chip Cookies and they were amazing thumps up”.
