SO much to say. So little time. Currently I’m in a restaurant as I simply relocated into my brand-new place and haven’t create the internet however. It’s a weird world without the internet you guys. Such as I actually went to bed before midnight yesterday. CRAZY I understand. Maybe it’s a good thing.
Hmmm what else? I bought a new sofa! The color appears like the inside of an almond; I’m in love with it because it’s one particular couches that totally gorgeous but also amazingly comfy. It’s getting delivered on Fri so I’ll be sure to share some photos shortly. I’m also obtaining an AMAZING classic refinished table from a good friend (Hi Sherry!). In the event that you couldn’t inform, I am going for the passionate shabby elegant/Californian look with some vintage. It’s been a blast hunting for pieces and shopping!
Incidentally, have I pointed out which i miss you guys? Like actually, life gets INSANE. I desire I had the time to blog more! Right now I’m taking two classes, operating a full time job, creating dishes, training, and trying to truly have a social existence. But hey, that’s life.
And sometimes you merely have to reward yourself with brownies.
Yep. Fudgy Peanut Butter Chocolates Chip Brownies.
And made supremely decadent (yet still healthy) by the best combo known to mankind: pb & delicious chocolate.
Are you with me here?
I wish we could sit and have a brownie jointly. Probably with some pumpkin popular chocolate. OMG will that exist?
One fudgy chocolates brownie for 139 calories?
I’d state that’s completely worth it. Plus, good elements = good nourishment.
By the way, if you are a fan of frozen or cool treats (like Reese’s PB Cups), then I suggest popping these in the fridge or freezer once they’re cool. I really like mine cold! If you wish to make these a bit more decadent, drizzle warm peanut butter outrageous and sprinkle with ocean salt. Yeah, HEAVEN.
Alright… I must leave the restaurant now because it’s shutting. Chat soon! xoxo
1/4 cup honey (agave or maple syrup if vegan)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (I use Trader Joe’s)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon sodium, if desired
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips, plus 2 tablespoons for sprinkling on top (I take advantage of the TAKE IT EASY brand to make them vegan)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 8×8 inch pan with nonstick food preparation spray.
In a large bowl of electric powered mixer or food processor, cream collectively peanut butter, honey, vanilla and applesauce until smooth. Add cocoa powder, baking soda pop, and salt; combine again until clean. Gently flip 1/4 glass of chocolate potato chips into batter. Pour batter into prepared baking skillet and smooth top. I usually squirt my spatula with cooking food spray to help pass on it out evenly. Sprinkle remaining 2 tablespoons of delicious chocolate chips outrageous.
Bake for 18-22 a few minutes or until best is just place. It’s okay if they look just a little underdone; we want these to be fudgy! And they’re vegan and that means you won’t need to be worried about them cooking food all the way through. Cool on cable rack as long as you can. Cut into 12 delicious squares!
These are amazing cold or iced, too!
If you wish to help to make these a bit more decadent, drizzle warm peanut butter over the top and sprinkle with ocean salt.
I’m sure they’re delicious though for a treat!
Without doubt Monique makes amazing formulas that most of us didn’t think about.
The majority of us health watchers search for something we are able to enjoy without feeling guilty of it containing a lot calories, glucose and processed body fat. Most of the substances in this recipe are organic. It’s true it has a little more sugars and fats but if you wish to go super healthy you can remove the chocolate potato chips and replace the sugars with bananas for example rather than moaning that it contains lots of sugar. Plus this is something you eat once/twice a week if you are really a health and fitness freak. The substances Monique uses are quite simple plus they make stuff taste great in addition to the fact that there surely is no flour and butter involved and believe me it makes a difference!
This recipe will probably be worth a go! I’ve already attempted making one of her meals – Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolates Chip Cookies plus they had been amazing thumps up”.
Congrats on your own new place, new couch, etc. I simply moved 4 weeks ago and yes, Just what a task. Happy you’re in and getting settled!
PS ‘” If you are in Minnesota, that i think that you said you are, I would love to grab a brownie together with you! Just sayin’. ðŸ‚
