1 cup finely diced white onion

2 tablespoons organic ketchup
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon ocean salt

1/2 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon mustard
dash of hot sauce
Preheat oven to 375 levels F. Line large baking sheet with foil and squirt with nonstick cooking food spray.
