Once in a while I love a little real-talk blogging. Today is definitely one of those days.
Days gone by year continues to be filled with life-altering changes for me. I’ve shed many layers from my lifestyle…. and may I just admit that it is all been incredibly difficult?! I’ve began my very own business, journeyed at least a week from every month, resided in three state governments, and have actually been pulling my hair out trying to figure out where that is all leading to!
Just what exactly does this result in? Basically working crazy hours and jeopardizing A WHOLE LOT. Honestly it has been a complete struggle. I’m sure it’s something you may be able to relate to: failure, disappointments, and well… whatever life throws at you. Needless to say, I’m an enormous believer that everything happens for grounds. My passion for success along with a career in food pushes me each day to keep going after my dream no matter how many situations I fail. And believe me, I fail a lot more than you understand! My list of unsuccessful ventures will be much longer anything I accomplish; it’ll be for all of us. However, these failures drive you to be better and to learn.
So my question to you, is what pushes you to be the very best you can be? What drives you to be better than you were yesterday?

I made this sensational chili last week and it reminded me of my Grandmother because she appears to usually incorporate pinto beans into whatever she’s cooking. And once and for all reason, too! In my opinion, they’re one of the best comfort foods – flavorful and creamy in texture.
1 large onion, chopped
4 garlic clove cloves, chopped
3 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons floor cumin
1 teaspoon salt
fresh dark pepper
1 15-ounce cans pinto beans, drained
1 28-ounce can diced tomatoes in juice
2 1/2 cups canned low-salt poultry broth
1 ounce semisweet chocolates, chopped
Heat essential olive oil in dutch oven or large pot over medium high heat until shimmering. Add onion and bell pepper and saute until onion is soft and translucent, about 6-8 minutes. Add the garlic clove and cook a few minutes more until fragrant then add in chili natural powder, cumin, oregano, salt, and a bit of clean black pepper and mix for 1 minute more. Next add in the tomatoes, chicken broth, pinto beans, chocolate, cinnamon, tomato paste, and reddish pepper flakes and provide to a boil, then reduce high temperature and simmer uncovered for 30-35 moments, stirring occasionally.
To cook rooster: Preheat oven to 400 levels F. Drizzle or rub a tiny bit of olive oil over chicken and generously time of year with salt and pepper. Place on cooking sheet and bake 18-25 moments, baking times differ depending on the size of your chicken breast but remember to prepare until juices operate clean. Alternatively you could utilize about 3 mugs of rotisserie chicken.
