Oh yessssssss. Yes I did so.
We made you more cookies made with nutella. Because isn’t it obvious I really like that chocolates hazelnut spread in, on, and stuffed in only about everything?
It’s evident that I must say i love cooking you things to make your weekends happy, inspiring, and fun. Heaven understands that trashing the kitchen up on a Saturday evening is sort of a necessity at Ambitious Kitchen headquarters (aka my home). However before we discuss all the fudgy appreciate loaded into these cookies, I needed to share a couple of my favorite points lately.
1. I’m deeply in love with coloured pants aka fancy pants. Not long ago i bought really pretty wine shaded jeans; they were cheap and fit perfectly! Now I’m around the search for a cranberry or wine coloured coating, but can’t seem to discover any I really like, so I figure painting my fingernails and wearing wines coloured lipstick is doable for the time being.
2. I was watching the Food Network (what else?) and Giada came on. She was producing some beautiful delicious Italian dish which made me recognize that I can’t also remember the last time I had pasta. And OMG I considered how much I really like melty lasagna and stuffed mushroom ravioli. Oh… and everything that loaf of bread and cheese! Obviously that needed to fixed so I made this simple fast rotini dish with butternut sage sauce I may or may not possess ascended to heaven soon after. Seriously, it was THAT good.
3. I went to this cafe in Minneapolis, and I cannot let you know how impressed I used to be. It’s my fresh favorite; if you ever project up to the Tundra that’s definitely where you should go. Order the scallops… or the meatballs! To die for.
4. I’ve understood how important it is to never quit. On life. On joy. On like. Or… on consuming Halloween Oreos. What? It’s just not possible. Particularly when they’re covered in delicious chocolate and sprinkled with sea salt Best halloween deal with ever?
I always mention yes to nutella. Therefore dangerous, yet therefore rich and wonderful!
Which explains why it makes an ideal cookie dough.
Last weekend my Godkids and I made flourless peanut butter cookies , that have been incredibly delicious. I thought I’d try exactly the same formula by replacing the nutella. That didn’t come out well because the dough spread wayyy too slim. So I attempted again with the addition of various amounts of flour until I ended up with the best crispy-on-the-outside-chewy-in-the-middle cookie. They proved perfect!
My favorite part is these cookies only take about 25 mins until they’re in your stomach.
These are best served a tiny little bit warm. And certainly adding the ocean salt is essential.
Seriously, do you know how hard it is to photograph some of these recipes without eating all of them at once? Just about impossible. I simply needed to sneak a bite.
Happy weekend and content baking!
Preheat oven to 350 levels F.
Combine all elements besides sodium in a large bowl with electric mixer until well combined. Place dough in freezer for ten minutes.
After ten minutes roll dough into approximately 1-inch balls, put on ungreased baking sheet a minimum of two inches apart and bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and let awesome for a couple minutes until cookies are established, then meticulously transfer to a cable rack. Generously sprinkle with sea salt.
Wish I had formed just simply googled Nutella cookies before I tried it with the flourless pb cookie recipe! They did come out a little thin, but still good and chewey. I will try this formula as well as the Nutella and brown butter stuffed delicious chocolate chip cookie formula (OMG) next!
BTW, my husband and I shared a dark chocolate mint cookie a few weeks ago that was awesome and I would love to replicate it. It had been dark, chocolates with chocolate chips and mint items running through it. I added some Andes mint pieces to my Nutella flourless cookie and it had been good too. Need to work on it.
Also was it meant to be self raising or simply flour?
Everyone loves these! And I wanted to inform you you will be the cause we decided to create a blog page!! (Because we loved yours so much!) we found out it on Pinterest!
