My day starts off by waking up at 5:30am. I used to dread the first mornings but these days I find myself rather savoring peeling the addresses off, sleepily grinding coffees and making a pot, feeding the kitty and heading out the door for my workout.
The schedule keeps me motivated and encourages me to go to bed at a decent hour (more often than not anyway).
