Mocha Banana Protein Smoothie Bowl with all the current toppings your center desires
This past weekend Sarah of Broma Bakery found stick with me in Chicago and we treated ourselves to something sweet each day. It was a little unusual if you ask me but existence is all about stability, well-being and feasting on happy moments; occasionally these special occasions call for freezing yogurt , doughnuts AND delicious chocolate chip pancakes Ha!
We had the very best period together and I cannot wait to talk about more photos in our cooking plus our Chicago activities! For the time being, I’m getting back to eating all of the veggies and indulging in healthier goodies (rather than doughnuts).
Anyone that knows me well may attest to the actual fact that I am a huge advocate of a delicacy throughout the day or even before bed. Actually, Tony always gives me this ridiculous appearance anytime I ask for frozen yogurt or perhaps a bedtime treat because it’s an absolute must have in my globe. Even a little treat such as a spoonful of almond butter using a sprinkle of ocean salt can usually give me the best satisfaction.
It should be noted that I also tend to eat lighter dinners so for an active person like me, it’s only normal to crave something around 9 or 10PM.
MUST HAVE Snack foods.
And undoubtedly, there are times when a spoonful of nut butter pig feet and cabbage a banana just does not lower it. Or when I’m craving something special and creamy like iced yogurt, but I don’t feel just like leaving the house just to get to obtain it (okay, but occasionally I do… ha).
Lately I am doing my very own healthy version of fro yo at home. It’s extremely easy and simply involves serving a creamy dense protein smoothie inside a dish, covering it with your preferred toppings and eating it with a spoon! I understand, super luxury stuff the following but you understand you LUVS it. It makes breakfast feel like a real treat.
You’d actually be surprised at how thick and creamy these smoothie bowls can get, specifically with a scoop of protein powder within the mix. Best of all, you can make these with your own personal favorite protein natural powder and blend and match the type of fruit switches into the smoothie. Lately I’ve been into a chocolate banana proteins smoothie dish because chocolates makes me feel just like I’ve indulged a little. I take advantage of a delicious chocolate protein natural powder and Delicious chocolate Almond Air flow almond milk. Additional favorite smoothie bowls consist of strawberry banana, blueberry vanilla, raspberry peach… in fact there are way too many to name.
I frequently enjoy these for breakfast time hence as to why you visit a quick coffee packet within the picture over. Mocha smoothie bowls FTW! There are endless possibilities right here so if your a frozen yogurt and/or sugary teeth fanatic like me, I’m sure you’ll find this easy base recipe to can be found in handy.
