Let’s catch up. How have you been?
This week I joined a fresh gym, where I’m quite certain my trainer is either Big Foot, a marine, or a professional wrestler. He teaches my Nike Schooling Camp classes, which certainly are a mix of plyometrics, military drills, cardio, and weights. Actually sweating waterfalls each time I walk out of there; it’s very similar to the Insanity movies! I just believe he’s seeking to eliminate me. But who knows.
I’ve been enjoying living next to the ocean as much as possible. Each day I try and make it right down to the beach. I don’t indicate to make you jealous BUT look at this look at from my rooftop! Amazing.
I’m not prepared for Summer time to end or these sun-drenched days that appear to never cease. I’m shedding my roommate off at the airport terminal in a couple of hours, where she’ll check out Greece for the vacation… on a yacht. WHAT! I cannot even discuss it because I’m so jealous. My weekend programs consist of more cooking, maybe a small surfing, and most most likely a dinner with these mushroom + kale quesadillas and probably a couple of roasted blueberry basil margaritas to drown in my sorrows. Only kidding, I’m going to be fine.
Probably my trainer would chill out easily offered him a margarita? But then once again, he’s there to force me to greatly help me enter great shape; that’s why I produced these skinny! If you have any thoughts relating to wherever and how to use Zucchini boats (Www.jubileecoho.com), you can contact us at the page. I cannot go around feeding on pie and performing leap squats; those two actions would not blend well.
These strawberries are a great party appetizer or summertime treat for anyone. The filling is made with reduced-fat cream mozzarella cheese, nonfat vanilla greek yogurt (protein!), key lime juice and zest. All you have to do is hollow out the strawberries after that fill them with this mix.
I topped my strawberries with sliced toasted almonds, but I believe that crushed graham crackers would put in a lovely consistency and become more similar to a true key lime pie or cheesecake.
So actually the filling up can become a dip, as well! A creamy, healthful essential lime cheesecake flavored dip perfect enough to serve to guests at a party, give your children, or simply to distract you from actual pie.
Well until next week when pie gets control this blog and I toss images of oreos, bananas, peanut butter, and whip cream in that person. So just trust me, eat skinny things while you still can.
