I’ve been getting back into vinyassa yoga lately. More often than not I do yoga exercise sculpt classes with weights, but lately I’ve required some deep stretching and some main stress relief. The mind-body connection that yoga exercise brings me is normally often times my favorite part of the class; I’m even more self-aware, compassionate, and thoughtful with each course.
