In my dream world I’d go on the beach, have a complete Foods salad bar in my own kitchen, and consume magical zero calorie banana cream pie every day for dessert.
I’d enjoy every sunrise using a continental breakfast and purchase a German Shepard just because I think they’re really cute. I’d go to Machu Picchu, bungee leap daily, and make s’mores for the bedtime treat. I’d personal a banana bread only bakery that acts wine. Oh and I certainly could not spill wine on my white skinny jeans (it just happened this weekend).
But that’s all simply in my dream world.
In real life I’m making big batches of pancakes on Sundays, chasing dogs around the neighborhood if they try to escape, and convincing myself to exercise daily.
Lately I am trying out recipes. Usually on kids because they by no means lie for you; they either enjoy it or they don’t.
Here’s Ava testing out a layered cake I produced. I think I have to start renting children for recipe tests.
Next week I’m headed away to California again! As soon as I first frequented, I fell deeply in love with it. And now I couldn’t be more thrilled! I’ll have a million photographs and revise my about me page soon. You can find so many things that I can’t wait to share with you.
For now, I produced you some healthy pancakes. Wait around… are they healthy if they possess chocolate chips inside them? That’s your decision! I try to keep them low in calories through the use of egg whites, high protein greek yogurt, and quinoa. I also recommend using whole wheat white flour.
But initial let’s just eat some feel-good super romantic and always great tasting pancakes.
My only problem with pancakes? Determining if I wish blueberry or delicious chocolate chip. Since I love both, I added them to my quinoa pancake batter. Yeah my mind is pretty strange; however, my taste buds are not. They are a gift from your universe.

Whatever your thought, I assure you that these pancakes certainly how much are pigs feet a whole lot of deliciousness. Blueberry delicious chocolate chip pancakes are sort of just an important life encounter. Something you need to try at least one time.

Juicy, warm berries plus über creamy chocolates chips packed in a wholesome little pancake. Take it over the top by offering them in natural maple syrup (or peanut butter!) and chasing with a glass of ice-cold milk.
Makes 8-10 pancakes
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
3 huge egg whites
1/2 cup milk of your decision (skim, soy, almond, coconut)
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons natural vanilla extract
2/3 cup clean blueberries
1/2 cup chocolates chips
In a medium bowl, whisk collectively quinoa, flour, baking powder, and sodium. In another medium bowl, whisk jointly egg whites, yogurt, milk, and brown glucose until soft. Add egg mixture to flour blend and whisk to mix. Add vanilla and whisk again. Next gently fold in blueberries.
Lightly coat a large non-stick skillet or griddle with butter or cooking spray and heat over medium. Drop batter by 1/4 cup onto skillet. Cook until bubbles appear at the top, about 2 a few minutes. Turn cakes and cook until golden brown on underside, 2 mins. Clean skillet clean and repeat with an increase of melted butter and remaining batter.
I used chocolates chips for a nice contrast with the berries, nevertheless, you can use whichever chocolate chip you’d like
