I hopped inside a trip at 4am Thursday morning hours to Denver for a meeting, still left that evening to soar to Kansas Town therefore i could speak at ChoppedCon , then finally flew house Friday afternoon. Hence why I skipped my weekend favorites. But here we are, slightly delayed.
Anyway, Most of you most likely know that we moved into our first home just over a week ago. (It has been a CRAZY week.) Before the move we produced an effort to get rid of most of our home furniture; it helped enormously. However now I’m tasked with filling our fresh place with all the current things! These are challenging decisions but our goal is to sort out one room at a time.
First we’ll be beginning on our bedroom, which I’m ridiculously worked up about. I plan on getting my dresser from my friends over at MegMade Plus I finally found a Persian rug on Etsy I love and can’t wait around showing it off! Who understood redecorating was so much work (yet SO very much fun!).
My favorite place to shop for unique home goods are various marketplaces or boutiques around the city. If you have any inquiries pertaining to wherever and how to use what to serve with stuffed zucchini boats, you can make contact with us at the web site. Last week I finished up finding a classic mid century modern table on the uptown classic market and fell in love, but again need a rug for underneath the desk! Where are your preferred places to look for furniture?
A few things I’ve gotten up to now for our bedroom:
What’s happening this week:
I’m heading to the Stitch Fix head office (OMG!) on Tuesday! It’s going to be amazing and I’m excited to meet up some bloggers beyond the food globe. As you probably know, I’ve been using StitchFix for years and love it because I don’t have lots of time to shopping. I’ve found an extremely amazing stylist I’ve worked with since the beginning who basically gets what I love and don’t.
After Stitch Fix, Sarah and I are get together up for a little girl time collectively in Detroit. So excited to discover her.
I might have overbooked myself the past few weeks, but that’s alright – everything’s likely to be so much fun.
Lastly, let’s get to the best links from the past week!
cauliflower wings with a distinctive twist!!! OMG.
That’s all I’ve got for you. I’ll be back again tomorrow with a delish 30 minute pasta recipe – see you then!
