I have no idea why but drinking a large glass of hot cocoa before bed makes me incredibly happy. One among my newfound obsessions. Other things I’m into lately consist of cinnamon roasted almonds, smiling at everyone I find, working out to the song , and avoiding traffic all the time. Happy you’re settling in to DC – Metro is definitely the strategy to use, especially if you live close enough to some Metro stop. Those folks that reside in the suburbs often have to operate a vehicle just to GET to a Metro. Once you’re on, though, it’s hanging around – but beware of Metro Middle and L’Enfant Plaza during hurry hour – you’ll feel just like a sardine stuck in an underground can!
