I don’t know why but drinking a large cup of hot cocoa before bed makes me incredibly happy. Just one of my newfound obsessions. Other activities I’m into recently consist of cinnamon roasted almonds, smiling at everyone I see, working out to this song , and avoiding traffic all the time. At one stage this week I used to be contemplating investing in a bus so I could ride the shoulder. It was the only answer I could think of until I came across the DC Metro. Good news: since I won’t be purchasing a bus, you are still safe on the road.
Besides that I am mega busy! Achieving fabulous new friends, training at 5am (it has to be carried out), and focusing on my 23 items list I’ve got a couple checked off.
It’s restaurant week in DC as well, which means We finally surely got to encounter lobster for the first time. Baklava too! Finally the planet is practical to me.
…I went on a date too. But that is clearly a different tale for a different time.
We’re here to spotlight Burgers people. When you loved this informative article and you wish to receive more details with regards to stuffed zucchini boats with lamb assure visit our own web site. Simply good and totally dreamy! I’m simply looking out for you.
The truth is, I’ve put the baking on hold just for a little. Bombarding you with luxurious cakes and cinnamon rolls may be too soon after the holidays.
No, that isn’t right could it be? It’s never too soon. These things are often great. The smell of chocolates chip cookies is actually a necessity in lifestyle and cinnamon rolls are a cause to awaken each day. Wouldn’t you agree?
I’m going to be up in that person with pictures of sweet cakes and chocolate things made out of love before very long. For now, we’re skipping the extra whip cream on your own latte and the ones marathons of Cupcakes Wars. It’s just too tempting.
I will however demonstrate my cute new apron with cupcakes on it. See?
Back to the burgers.
Don’t also pretend you don’t love them. You can’t fool me. Come on burger fans! I produced these turkey burgers zesty and I made them simply for you.
They’ve got onion, oregano, and a little bit of Dijon mustard. Red pepper flakes provides it a little punch. Ka-pow!
Kiss beef burgers goodbye.
Pitas totally make these incredible, but adding feta, tomato, and avocado gives you an ideal healthy burger. Spicy lovely potato fries were served privately. Good day.
Your change! It’s a super simple recipe that anyone can make.
By Monique of Ambitious Kitchen
1/3 cup finely cut white onion
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 pound lean ground turkey
Cooking spray
2 whole wheat grains pitas, cut in two
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line baking sheet with foil and squirt with cooking aerosol.
To make the burgers combine first 7 elements. Divide mix into four portions and shape into a 1/2 inch-thick patty. Place your patties on foil, and lightly squirt patties with cooking squirt. Sprinkle some red pepper flakes together with each patty if you want just a little spice. Place into oven and bake your burgers for about 20 minutes, flipping burgers halfway through.
Remove burgers from range once carried out and immediately place into half of a pita. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of feta mozzarella cheese, tomato slice, and avocado pieces.
Serves 4.
Yum, yum, yum. I really like everything about the title of this post – everything. I’ve a specific affinity for turkey burgers myself – I’ve blogged about a number of different recipes!
Pleased you’re settling in to DC – Metro certainly is the way to go, especially if you live close enough to a Metro stop. Those folks that live in the suburbs often have to operate a vehicle just to GET to a Metro. Once you’re on, though, it’s smooth sailing – but avoid Metro Center and L’Enfant Plaza during rush hour – you’ll feel like a sardine stuck within an underground can!
Hi Elizabeth-
After looking at your blog, I noticed your from around the DC area (type of). That’s great!
I did get on the wrong Metro last week and finished up in the Pentagon. It’s a sensible way to experience the town, correct? That’s what I told myself anyway.
Turkey burgers are simply fabulous. I’m really addicted, and these are very moist. Wish you make!
