Chai-Spiced Sugary Potato Pancakes
1 1/4 cups white whole wheat grains or whole wheat grains pastry flour
2 teaspoons cooking powder
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup mashed, cooked sweet potato (about 2 medium nice potatoes)
In a big bowl, whisk collectively flour, baking natural powder, salt and spices. In a medium bowl, combine almond dairy, egg, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and mashed sugary potato until smooth. Add wet elements to dry ingredients and blend until just combined. Batter is going to be heavy, however if it’s way too dense add in a tablespoon or two of dairy.
