Now I’m writing for you from Chicago, where we celebrated his birthday. We plan on seeing several good movies, going ice skating, and calming before New Year.
But needless to say, I needed to take some time to blog page about these incredible waffles. I want you could see how critical I am about them; they are SO easy to make. To keep them light, I utilized bananas, egg whites, and almond dairy. There’s no butter or oil, and they are gluten free, too! I love chocolate chips in my pancakes and waffles so I added several, but you can constantly leave them out if you aren’t a fan.

These waffles are perfect after a workout and freeze very well. I love topping them with with several chopped up bananas and just a little creamy peanut butter so it melted into the waffle wallets. Mmmm nothing at all beats breakfast for supper.
2 teaspoons cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
2 ripe large bananas, mashed (about 3/4 cup)
4 egg whites, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon vanilla extract (gluten free of charge, if desired)
2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup mini delicious chocolate chips, if desired
Preheat waffle iron and aerosol with nonstick cooking spray. In a big bowl, whisk jointly quinoa flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cooking powder; set aside.
In a separate large bowl, combine banana, egg whites, vanilla extract, and pigs feet food almond milk until well combined. Combine in dry ingredients until well combined. Fold in delicious chocolate chips if preferred.

If you don’t have quinoa flour available, you can test and use whole wheat pastry flour or white whole wheat grains, although then they wouldn’t be gluten free.
Instead of almond dairy feel absolve to use coconut or regular milk.
If you don’t use chocolate chips, each waffle is 163 calories.
