Green things! Finally, right?
Going back month, I ate a significant amount of Mexican food, drank way too many bottles of wine, and consumed wayyyy an excessive amount of sugar. Talk about an overload. What I must say i need in my life (and maybe yours, too) is just a little balance.
The glad tidings are that work finally seems to be slowing down and I’m planning for a handful of things including a blog redesign and a trip to Australia!
Yes, my sweetheart and We are headed right here for almost fourteen days next month! Our trip starts in Sydney, then we’re road tripping from Brisbane to Byron Bay, after that back through the Gold Coast, and lastly finishing in Brisbane for one of my darling friend’s wedding ceremony. She just sent me an image from the bridesmaid’s outfit and it’s really beyond gorgeous!
Even though I quickly lived in Australia and explored, I’m excited to head back and do some adventuring! Above is an image of me at Byron Bay, probably the most eastern stage of Australia; it had been where I initial learned to surf!
Anyway these parmesan green coffee beans… let’s simply get right to it!
They’re roasted and fundamentally taste like french fries. I don’t know why, but roast any veggie and you get a france fry flavor. Alright guys, I admit it’s not exactly like a france fry but they’re therefore delicious they could be just as addicting. I think you understand where I’m headed here. Me looking to get you to try these green beans.
I developed this recicpe after my daily grocery store visit to Whole Foods during the holidays. They highlighted creamy whipped sweet potatoes, turkey, cranberries, and these amazing roasted garlic clove green beans in the Hot bar.
We fell in loveeeeee.
Sometimes I love to insert chopped basil or red pepper flakes if I’m feeling spicy.

Place green beans and tomato vegetables in a large bowl and add olive oil, garlic clove, salt and pepper, and Parmesan cheese; toss to coating beans.
Spread out green beans in cooking sheet and bake for 12-17 mins or until mozzarella cheese melts and green coffee beans are somewhat golden brown. Acts 4-6.
I really like green beans!!
I actually used to pan-fry them with minced onions and garlic clove. Will try roasting them next time!
Also, these green beans look awesome!
