Goat Mozzarella cheese Stuffed Poultry Meatballs
2 cloves garlic clove, finely chopped
1 pound ground chicken breast
1 egg white
2 tablespoons of basil
1 teaspoon of oregano
1/2 teaspoon of salt
fresh ground black pepper
1- 4 ounce piece of goat cheese, cut into 12 chunks
Spaghetti Squash & Basil Gremolata
1 tsp refreshing lemon juice
1 tsp of lemon zest
1/2 cup of clean basil leaves, finely chopped
3/4 teaspoon of sea salt
1/2 teaspoon clean ground black pepper
1 zucchini, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 levels F.
Line baking skillet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Cut spaghetti squash in half and drizzle with 1 tsp of essential olive oil. Place encounter cut side down in skillet. Bake for approximately an hour after that remove and cool 10 minutes before forking.
