Awesome recipe Monique! I love it when dessert is usually healthy!
Can I just tell you I totally understand how you feel on the whole nonstop working factor? Complain all you want, I’m right here to wallow inside it with you!! ðŸ‚
These turned approximately very well but I made several adjustments:
1) We added a 1/4C of additional sugar because the batter wasn’t very special.
2) I used homemade apple sauce (significantly less water than commercial).
3) I cooked them in muffin cups to create them easier to serve.
4) Sprinkled them with ‘pearl sugars’ to make them look good.
EVERYONE (even the non vegans) liked these. Extremely gooey/dark chocolates tasting. Really a great keeper. Unlike various other ‘no-fat’ desserts, that may haver horrible texture, this one actually worked. Looking forward to trying it again to see if I just got lucky or it can be repeated…
These were divine!! I am an enormous enthusiast of marrying zucchini and chocolates!! I have a popular recipe I have already been producing for years- Spiced Belgian Chocolates Zucchini Bread that i could replace with this formula. This is an ideal suit for my latest gluten-free & low glucose diet!! Perhaps I could often add the cloves and cinnamon to give it that spiced kick, aswell!
Can’t wait to talk about these & really happy to have discovered your blog!!
