I enjoy living life since it comes. Mostly through meals experiences. And let me tell you, raspberry jam is simply leading there is. Seriously grape jelly weirds me out. But maybe that’s because I’m used to viewing it in that creepy Welch’s squeezable pot.
Are we on the same page here? Probably not, because I’ve no idea where I am going with that. I must say i just wished to inform you how much I love raspberry jam. I don’t believe I could live weekly without it.

Raspberry jam is merely this point that runs perfectly with all the other good stuff in life… you know like cupcakes and whip cream or sandwiched in s’mores Oh let’s be reminded that it’s the perfect topping for peanut butter pie
Once I brought raspberry jam swirled-dark delicious chocolate brownies over to get a dinner party. These were really, excellent. Apparently so excellent that the man who ate them tried to talk to me out on a date. That isn’t a joke. The planet is a weird, weird place occasionally.
Especially when you find out that raspberry brownies cast magical love spells.
I can contribute to the weirdness of the world I guess. I mean, I place raspberry jam, goat mozzarella cheese and peaches inside a sandwich, grilled it, after that watched the Bachelor Pad.
Despite my weirdness, the sandwich was delightful. Tart goat parmesan cheese, raspberry jam, and shiny ripe peaches managed to get an ideal quick summer food. Because I recognize that we can’t make salmon and pancakes everyday.
If you’re anything like me, half the time you want to bury your face within a bag of Sun Potato chips for lunchtime and save the spouse for dinner. But let me tell you that I must say i do like this sandwich, you can pull together and full of bright fruity summer season flavors.

Makes 1 sandwich (increase for 2)
1 tablespoon top quality raspberry jam (preferably low in glucose)
2 ounces goat mozzarella cheese, crumbled or spreadable kind
1 small peach, sliced
Preheat a nonstick skillet over moderate heat. Butter one side of the breads slices. Place one slice of bread butter side down on the pan. Add goat cheese and place peach slices at the top. On various other breads slice, spread raspberry jam privately without the butter; place butter part up on best.
Grill/Cook the sandwich for 4 minutes or until cheese starts to melt and the breads begins to turn golden dark brown. Turn the sandwich having a spatula and cook for another 2-4 moments or before loaf of bread golden brownish on the opposite side and mozzarella cheese is completely melted. Remove from skillet, cut in two and enjoy.
This can also be produced using a sandwich maker, if desired.
