I have to say starting completely new has been the best knowledge yet; because what’s life really without a little bit of adventure?
Or crazy weird (and mouth watering) grilled mozzarella cheese sandwiches for that matter?
I enjoy living life as it shows up. Mostly through meals experiences. And without a doubt, raspberry jam is simply the very best there is. Seriously grape jelly weirds me out. But maybe that’s because I’m utilized to viewing it for the reason that creepy Welch’s squeezable container.
Are we on a single page here? Probably not, because I have no idea where is pig feet I am going with that. I really just wanted to inform you how much I love raspberry jam. I don’t believe I possibly could live weekly without it.
…Or a week without considering Ryan Lochte.

Raspberry jam is merely this factor that moves perfectly with all the other good things in life… you understand like cupcakes and whip cream or sandwiched in s’mores Oh let’s be reminded that it is the perfect topping for peanut butter pie
Once We brought raspberry jam swirled-dark delicious chocolate brownies over for the dinner party. They were really, really good. Apparently so good that the guy who ate them attempted to request me from a date. That’s not a joke. The world is a strange, weird place occasionally.
Especially when you find out that raspberry brownies cast magical love spells.
I can contribute to the weirdness of the globe I guess. After all, I place raspberry jam, goat cheese and peaches inside a sandwich, grilled it, then watched the Bachelor Pad.
Despite my weirdness, the sandwich was delightful. Tart goat mozzarella cheese, raspberry jam, and shiny ripe peaches managed to get the perfect quick summer food. Because I recognize that we can’t make salmon and pancakes everyday.
If you’re anything like me, half the time you want to bury that person inside a bag of Sun Chips for lunch time and save the spouse for supper. But let me tell you that I must say i do such as this sandwich, you can pull collectively and full of bright fruity summer months flavors.
WAIT… are you thinking what I’m thinking?
I hope so…
Makes 1 sandwich (two times for 2)
1 tablespoon top quality raspberry jam (preferably low in sugar)
2 ounces goat parmesan cheese, crumbled or spreadable kind
1 little peach, sliced
Preheat a non-stick skillet over moderate warmth. Butter one aspect of the loaf of bread slices. Place one slice of breads butter side down on the pan. Add goat parmesan cheese and place peach pieces at the top. On additional bread slice, spread raspberry jam on the side minus the butter; place butter side up on top.
Grill/Cook the sandwich for 4 moments or until mozzarella cheese begins to melt and the breads begins to turn golden brown. Turn the sandwich using a spatula and cook for another 2-4 a few minutes or until the loaf of bread golden brownish on the opposite side and parmesan cheese is completely melted. Remove from pan, cut in two and enjoy.
This may also be made with a sandwich maker, if desired.
