I must say starting brand new has been the best encounter yet; because what is life really without a little adventure?
Or crazy weird (and mouth watering) grilled mozzarella cheese sandwiches for that matter?
I enjoy living life as it shows up. Mostly through meals experiences. And without a doubt, raspberry jam is simply most effective there is. Seriously grape jelly weirds me out. But probably that’s because I’m used to viewing it in that creepy Welch’s squeezable pot.
Are we on the same page here? Probably not, because I have no idea where I am going with that. I really just wished to inform you how much I love raspberry jam. I don’t believe I could live a week without it.

Once I brought raspberry jam swirled-dark delicious chocolate brownies over for a dinner party. These were really, really good. Apparently so excellent that the man who ate them tried to inquire me from a date. That’s not a joke. The entire world is a weird, weird place sometimes.

I can donate to the weirdness of the globe I guess. I mean, I place raspberry jam, goat mozzarella cheese and peaches inside a sandwich, grilled it, then watched the Bachelor Pad.
Despite my weirdness, the sandwich was delightful. Tart goat mozzarella cheese, raspberry jam, and bright ripe peaches made it an ideal quick summer food. Because I recognize that we can’t make salmon and pancakes everyday.
If you’re anything like me, half the time you intend to bury your face inside a bag of Sun Chips for lunchtime and save the other half for supper. But let me tell you that I must say i do such as this sandwich, you can pull together and filled with bright fruity summertime flavors.

Makes 1 sandwich (increase for 2)
1 tablespoon good quality raspberry jam (preferably lower in sugar)
2 ounces goat parmesan cheese, crumbled or spreadable kind
1 small peach, sliced
Preheat a non-stick skillet over moderate heat. Butter one side of the breads slices. Place one cut of loaf of bread butter side down on the skillet. Add goat parmesan cheese and place peach pieces at the top. On various other bread slice, spread raspberry jam privately without the butter; place butter side up on best.
Grill/Make the sandwich for 4 a few minutes or until mozzarella cheese starts to melt as well as the breads begins to carefully turn golden brown. Flip the sandwich having a spatula and cook for another 2-4 mins or until the loaf of bread golden brownish on the opposite side and parmesan cheese is thoroughly melted. Remove from skillet, cut in two and enjoy.
This may also be made with a sandwich maker, if desired.
