Double Delicious chocolate Paleo Banana Loaf of bread + the Annual AK Reader Survey
Normally I start each blog post with some kind of little story on the subject of life and what I am up to recently. Today I simply want to enable you to get a formula for paleo banana loaf of bread because honestly, it’s just amazing.
I am hoarding this formula in my drafts for weeks, waiting for an ideal moment to hit publish. Mondays usually seem to be the best because you’re all searching for new what to make, and who doesn’t like a good treat for the rest of the week?

After you’ve finished filling out the survey , make sure to come back because this paleo banana bread recipe will be patiently waiting for you. I spent weekly testing this formula with various amounts of almond and coconut flour (one of my fav flour combos) before I produced the version before you decide to today. It’s my new favorite treat because it simply so is actually moist, special, flavorful and chocolatey. The best part is that there’s NO Sugars added (besides the delicious chocolate chunks). The bananas add an ideal amount of sweetness, and when paired with the melty pools of dark chocolate it turns into a banana bread dream come true.
My favorite method to serve this is warm, when the chocolate is still melted. Tony actually prefers them cold from the fridge, so it’s your decision how to enjoy them. I do highly recommend sprinkling them with ocean salt. Sounds odd, but it’s addicting.

Recipe type: Loaf of bread, Breakfast, Treat, Healthy Deal with, Paleo, Grain Free, Gluten Free
1/2 teaspoon cooking soda
1/2 teaspoon cooking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 oz dark chocolate bar (a minimum of 80% cacao), coarsely chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Apply an 8×8 inches baking skillet with nonstick cooking food spray and reserve.
Combine bananas, eggs and vanilla to a blender and blend until clean.
In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Gently fold in damp mixture and mix until well mixed. Next stir in delicious chocolate chunks, reserving several tablespoons. Spread batter equally into prepared pan and sprinkle staying chocolate chunks on top. Bake for 18-23 moments or until toothpick happens clean. Once carried out baking, transfer skillet to a cable rack to awesome for 20 minutes before reducing into 12 pubs.
To create vegan: Instead eggs, replace with flax eggs. Also make sure to use a vegan chocolate club.
Feel absolve to substitute 1/2 cup of chocolates chips in place of the chocolates bar. I often use the TAKE IT EASY brand.
I often use Investor Joe’s Cocoa powder, but Ghriradelli’s Unsweetened Cocoa powder is nice too. Another favorite can be Dagoba’s organic cacao natural powder.

I simply made these and I have to say my goals weren’t particularly high as I’ve made plenty of healthier goodies involving coconut flour that just don’t work, and also the idea of high chocolate pubs meshed with banana bread, without sweetener.
But, they’re amazing!!! I used 1/2 c oat flour and 1/4 wholewheat a flour rather than the almond food – pleased it worked when i don’t often have almond food on hand and it’s really a cheaper option and provides some quality high fibre whole grains.
This is actually the second recipes of yours I’ve made (I made the pumpkin pie) and I love these! (I cherished the pie too!) I am attempting to make more desserts with no extra” added sugars and these are perfect! They are excellent the very next day, exactly like fudge! And I love the taste of banana!
Also, I really like that you provide nutrition info for each recipe. I count number my macros” or try and hit a particular amount of carbs, proteins, and fats each day and your posting of this assists so much!
Same with pumpkin, amount to replacement for banana.
