But the point of this isn’t to tell you about how exactly of a evening owl I am or debate about my inability to target. It’s about how much I really like breakfast. How easy it is to throw collectively an omelet, veggies, and a part of toast or special potatoes. Or how sometimes following a workout all I must say i want is protein pancakes with bits of dark chocolate and warm peanut butter smothered at the top.
Isn’t it difficult to eat a good breakfast some days? Usually I’m therefore rushed that I have period for is an apple and a giant spoonful of nut butter. I’m obviously addicted.
But turkey breakfast patties? Pretty magical is what they are.
I’ve made these little patties again and again. They’re my breakfast AND lunchtime staple. On times when I don’t have time, I grab several patties through the freezer and bring them to work and zap them within the microwave. They’re a great low-carb breakfast, snack, or even together with a salad or matched with veggies for lunch.
My favorite method to enjoy them has been an egg white omelet and a huge lovely potato topped with peanut butter. Yes, I understand I’m talking about peanut butter once again. It’s a issue.
These homemade sausages are SO far better then the ones on the shop with odd additives and ingredients you can’t pronounce. Another bonus is that they’re super trim and great for when you are trying to eat clean.
