Do you ever find yourself feeding on pancakes at 10pm, cuddled on the couch watching Netflix, all the while being on your computer and hearing music?
Call me a multitasker. Or possibly I have Insert? Hell, it’s 1am and I’m just getting started on this post.
Plus I’ve almost 20 tabs open up on Chrome.
But the point of this isn’t to tell you about how of a night time owl I am or debate about my inability to target. It’s about how exactly much I really like breakfast. How easy it really is to throw collectively an omelet, vegetables, and a side of toast or nice potatoes. Or how occasionally following a workout all I must say i want is proteins pancakes with bits of chocolates and warm peanut butter smothered at the top.
Isn’t it difficult to eat an excellent breakfast some days? Usually I’m so rushed that I have period for is an apple and a giant spoonful of nut butter. I’m certainly addicted.
But turkey breakfast patties? Pretty magical is what they are.
I’ve produced these small patties again and again. They are my breakfast time AND lunch time staple. On days when I don’t possess time, I grab a few patties through the freezer and bring them to work and zap them in the microwave. They’re an excellent low-carb breakfast, treat, or even together with a salad or combined with veggies for lunch.
My favorite method to enjoy them has been an egg white omelet and an enormous nice potato topped with peanut butter. Yes, pigs trotters I recognize I’m discussing peanut butter once again. It’s a issue.
These homemade sausages are SO much better then your ones on the shop with odd additives and ingredients you can’t pronounce. Another reward is that they are super low fat and great for if you are attempting to consume clean.
They’re sweetened with handful of maple syrup and real juicy apple chunks. Plus gleam little cinnamon and nutmeg to keep them full of wonderful spices.

Ingredients
1 garlic clove clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
2 egg whites
1/4 cup gluten free oat flour (I use Bob’s Red Mill)
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 levels F. Line huge cooking sheet with parchment paper and aerosol with nonstick cooking spray.
Heat olive oil in a big frying skillet over medium high temperature. Add onions and and garlic clove and cook until garlic becomes fragrant, about three minutes. Add in diced apples and cook a few minutes more or until apples soften. Remove from warmth, transfer to a large bowl, and stir in cinnamon and nutmeg.
Add in surface turkey, maple syrup, egg whites, oat flour, and sodium and pepper; combine well. Separate into 16 patties and put on ready cooking sheet. Bake for ten minutes or until turkey is not any longer red. Serve with extra maple syrup.
