Call me a multitasker. Or maybe I have Put? Hell, it’s 1am and I’m just getting started upon this post.
Plus I’ve almost 20 tabs open on Chrome.
But the point of the isn’t to tell you about how exactly of a evening owl I am or debate about my inability to focus. It’s about how exactly much I love breakfast. How easy it really is to throw jointly an omelet, vegetables, and a part of toast or lovely potatoes. Or how occasionally following a workout all I must say i want is proteins pancakes with bits of chocolates and warm peanut butter smothered on top.

But turkey breakfast time patties? Pretty magical is what they are.
I’ve produced these little patties again and again. They’re my breakfast AND lunch time staple. They’re sweetened with a tiny bit of maple syrup and true juicy apple chunks. Plus there is also a little cinnamon and nutmeg to keep them full of wonderful spices.

Ingredients
1 garlic clove clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
2 egg whites
1/4 cup gluten free oat flour (I take advantage of Bob’s Red Mill)
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 levels F. Line huge cooking sheet with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Heat essential olive oil in a large frying skillet over medium heat. Add onions and and garlic clove and prepare until garlic becomes fragrant, about 3 minutes. Add diced apples and make a few minutes even more or until apples soften. Remove from warmth, transfer to a large bowl, and mix in cinnamon and nutmeg.
Add in ground turkey, maple syrup, egg whites, oat flour, and salt and pepper; mix well. Separate into 16 patties and put on prepared cooking sheet. Bake for ten minutes or until turkey is no longer pink. Serve with extra maple syrup.
