Banana Oat Protein Muffins no flour or sugars added, 100 calories
Ahhhhh I live for the weekends, which last one was just thus lovely and relaxing. After all who doesn’t love laying during intercourse an extra half hour on Sunday mornings? Nowadays, it’s a luxury.
Oh well. To more exciting stuff…
Bananas are my absolute beloved! They pack potassium and digestible (good-for-you) carbs. Therefore, what will this mean? Well, they give your body energy and just about make one feel like a rock and roll star. However, not the type of rock stars that do drugs.
In all seriousness, I love baking with bananas simply because they add moisture, become a binder, and also have more than enough flavor where you don’t have to add additional sugar.
These banana muffins are my new favorite snack for SO many reasons. They have simple ingredients, come out insanely moist and filled with flavor, Plus they pack some severe fiber and protein. Oh and something very last thing, they’re significantly less than 100 calorie consumption per muffin!

One last thing: they are perfect for freezing; to reheat simply microwave for a minute! Enjoy!
1 scoop vanilla proteins powder (about 1/4 cup)
2 teaspoons cooking powder
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 large egg whites (or 1 egg)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 400 levels F. Spray 12 glass muffin tin with non-stick cooking squirt or grease well with coconut oil
In a medium bowl whisk collectively oat bran, proteins powder, baking powder and cinnamon; reserve.
In a big bowl, blend mashed banana, applesauce, greek yogurt, egg whites, and vanilla collectively until well combined and clean. Add wet ingredients to dry elements and combine until just mixed. Let batter sit down two a few minutes to thicken a little. Divide batter consistently into 12 muffin cups and bake quarter-hour or until toothpick inserted into center arrives clean. Omg I must try out this! Coconut flour can be a great option for healthy cooking but could be a little tricky to utilize.
Okay We made a wholesome homemade ‘Nutella’ and feel it might be criminal never to share, it was so easy and I actually like it better than the real deal!!
Mix 1 C roasted, cooled then peeled hazelnuts with 1-2 T macadamia essential oil (or another healthy oi, rather than absolutely necessary) until it gets to a butter persistence then add 1.5 T cocoa and 2-3 T pure maple syrup (or another sweetener) mix and carried out! I replaced the two 2 white eggs with 1 whole egg + 1/2 cup more of applesauce
I replaced the yogourth with vanilla soja milk
I used 1/3 glass of chocolate proteins (Impact Diet Whey from #myprotein)
